Public Pages
Publish and manage every public page from one hub: giving pages, event registration, forms, grant applications, your homepage, and events calendar.
Public Pages is the hub for everything visitors can reach without signing in. Open Platform → Public Pages to see every public surface your organization has — what’s live, what’s still a draft, and the exact link to share for each one.
What You Can Publish
| Page type | What it does |
|---|---|
| Giving pages | Donation pages with suggested amounts and campaign goals |
| Event pages | Volunteer events with public registration |
| Forms | Registration, intake, and survey forms |
| Grant programs | Public application pages for your grant programs |
The hub also shows two always-available portals when configured: the Support Portal (visitor help requests) and your Membership Page.
Click Create to start from a template — each comes pre-filled with realistic content you can customize before publishing.
Publishing and Status
Only pages with Published status are reachable at their public link. Drafts and paused pages return “not found” for visitors until you publish or resume them — pausing keeps all content and settings, so you can bring a page back any time.
Use the status filter on the hub to find drafts your team hasn’t published yet.
Sharing Links
Expand the Public URL Directory at the bottom of the hub for a copy-ready list of every page’s live link. Each page card also shows its own public link once published. Share these anywhere — email, social media, your website, or QR codes.
Your Public Homepage
Every organization gets a public homepage at its /go/your-organization link. Configure the hero text, sections, and calls-to-action under Settings → Branding → Homepage. Sub-pages you add there appear in the homepage navigation automatically.
Public Events Calendar
The public calendar at /go/your-organization/calendar lets visitors browse upcoming events in list, calendar, or map view, filter by category, and search. Visitors can subscribe to the calendar feed to get your events in Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar — new and updated events sync automatically.
The calendar is off by default; an admin must enable it before the link works for visitors. An embed mode is also available for placing the calendar on your own website.
Visitor Sign-In
Volunteers, donors, members, and event attendees can sign in to a personal portal from your public site using a one-time email code — no password needed. They land on a dashboard scoped to their relationship with your organization.
Muin also serves transactional pages — donation receipts, document signing, event check-in, and certificate verification — at links it generates for each interaction; these need no setup.
Tips
- Start from the wizard. Templates come pre-filled, so the fastest path to a polished page is editing realistic content rather than writing from scratch.
- Check the directory before a campaign. The Public URL Directory is the quickest audit of what’s actually live.
- Pause instead of deleting. A paused page keeps its content, settings, and link — resume it for the next campaign cycle.
