Muin charges a 0.5% platform fee on transactions. Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe: 2.9% + 30c, or 2.2% + 30c for registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits enrolled in Stripe's nonprofit program) are separate and passed through at cost with no markup. Your total cost is processor fee + 0.5% Muin platform fee. Nonprofits also receive a 25% discount on base subscription pricing — processing fees and add-ons are billed at standard rates.
