Setting Up the Integration

Prerequisites

Before connecting:

  • Active QuickBooks Online subscription
  • QuickBooks admin access
  • Muin admin permissions

Connecting QuickBooks

  1. Navigate to SettingsIntegrations
  2. Find QuickBooks Online and click Connect
  3. Sign in to your QuickBooks account
  4. Authorize Muin to access QuickBooks
  5. Select your QuickBooks company (if multiple)

Initial Configuration

Configuring Invoice Sync

  1. Go to IntegrationsQuickBooksSettings
  2. Under Invoice Sync:
    • Enable/disable invoice sync
    • Set sync trigger (on approval, manual, scheduled)
    • Map payment terms
