Setting Up the Integration
Prerequisites
Before connecting:
- Active QuickBooks Online subscription
- QuickBooks admin access
- Muin admin permissions
Connecting QuickBooks
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations
- Find QuickBooks Online and click Connect
- Sign in to your QuickBooks account
- Authorize Muin to access QuickBooks
- Select your QuickBooks company (if multiple)

Configuring Invoice Sync
- Go to Integrations → QuickBooks → Settings
- Under Invoice Sync:
- Enable/disable invoice sync
- Set sync trigger (on approval, manual, scheduled)

- Review unmapped vendors
- Map to existing QB vendor or create new
