Slack Notifications
Connect Slack so Muin can post the alerts and updates your team cares about into the channels they already watch, without anyone logging in to check.
The Slack integration lets Muin post notifications into your team’s Slack workspace, so the updates that matter land where your team already works instead of only inside Muin.
Connecting Slack
- Open the integration settings and choose Slack.
- Authorize Muin to post to your workspace through Slack’s secure approval screen.
- Pick the channel Muin should post to.
What You Can Send
Once connected, Muin can route operational and business notifications to Slack — keeping the right people informed without them logging in to check.
Tips
- Use a dedicated channel for Muin notifications so they’re easy to scan and don’t crowd general discussion.
- Pair Slack notifications with the in-app Notifications Center so nothing depends on a single channel.
- If posts stop arriving, re-authorize the connection — Slack tokens can be revoked workspace-side.
