WhatsApp Business Rules

Prerequisites

1. Meta Business Account

2. Phone Number

Connecting WhatsApp to Muin
Step-by-Step Connection
- Navigate to Communications —> Settings —> WhatsApp
- Click Connect WhatsApp
- You are redirected to Meta’s authorization flow: a. Sign in to your Meta Business account b. Select or create a WhatsApp Business Account c. Select or register a phone number d. Authorize Muin to access the WhatsApp Business API
- Return to Muin
- Verify the phone number:
- Select SMS or Voice Call verification
