What Are AI Insights?
Insights are AI-generated observations about your data that:
- Surface automatically - No manual analysis required
- Prioritize importance - Critical items appear first

- Suggest actions - Recommend what to do next
- Link to sources - Connect to related documents and records
Think of insights as having a smart analyst who reviews your data 24/7 and tells you what needs attention.
How Insights Work
The Insight Generation agent runs continuously:

Viewing Insights
Insights Dashboard
Navigate to Insights from the main menu to see:
Summary Cards:
- Total active insights
- High priority count
- New since last visit
- Resolved this week
Insight List:
- Priority badge (Critical, High, Medium, Low)
- Type indicator
- Brief description
- Time detected
- Related entity
Insight Detail
Click any insight to see:
- Full description - Complete explanation of what was detected
- Why it matters - Business impact and context
- Recommended actions - What you can do about it
- Related items - Linked documents, vendors, or transactions
- Detection details - How the insight was generated
Taking Action on Insights
Mark as Read
Insights you’ve reviewed but don’t need immediate action:
- View the insight
- Click Mark as Read
- Insight moves to “Read” tab
Dismiss
Insights that aren’t relevant:
- View the insight
- Click Dismiss
- Optionally provide a reason
- Similar insights will be deprioritized
Take Action
Many insights include direct action buttons:

Configuring Insights
Access Settings
Navigate to Insights then click the Settings icon, or go to Settings → Insights.

Insights in the Header
The Insights Bell in the header shows:
- Badge count - Number of unread high-priority insights
- Click to preview - Quick view of recent insights
- Link to full list - Navigate to Insights dashboard
