Every manager starts the day knowing what needs them.
Each seat gives one person an assistant that reads their part of the organization along the reporting line: how their team is doing, the approvals waiting on them, the risks in their area and the value delivered.

One briefing, scoped to each person
Team status along the reporting line
A manager sees their direct team. A director sees two levels down. An executive sees everyone below them. The briefing follows each employee's manager in HR.
Approvals waiting
The approvals that are waiting on the person, in one list each morning.
Risks in their area
Overdue and at-risk items from the part of the organization the person is responsible for.
Value delivered
The value delivered in the person's area, so the briefing shows results as well as open work.
Only what the person can already see
Each section reads only what the person could open themselves. A section they have no access to says "No access" rather than showing as empty.
Acts only as the person could
An action runs with the person's own permissions. Anything above their limit becomes an approval task for a person, and the assistant never approves anything on its own.
A monthly AI credit cap per seat
Set a cap for each seat. Over its cap, a seat still gets its briefing, written from records only, and the briefing says why.
Every read audited
Each record the assistant reads is written to the audit log, so you can see what it looked at and for whom.
Reporting lines checked
Admins see the people a briefing would miss: an employee with no manager, a manager who has left, a reporting cycle or a member with no employee record, each linked to the record to fix.
In the app, by email and on mobile
The briefing is on the Chief of Staff page, and arrives by email and as a mobile push notification.
How it starts
- 1
Start with a plan
Chief of Staff seats sit on top of any Muin plan.
- 2
Buy seats by tier
In Settings > Platform > Assistants, enter how many Executive, Director and Manager seats you want. The total is shown before anything is charged.
- 3
Give each seat to a person
Pick the person and the tier, and set a monthly AI credit cap if you want one.
- 4
Fix any reporting-line gaps
The same page lists anyone a briefing would miss, linked to the record to fix.
Priced per seat, by tier
A Solution on top of any Muin plan. One seat per person.
Executive
Everyone below the person in the reporting line. Or $1,000 a seat a year.
Director
Two levels down: the person's team and their teams. Or $750 a seat a year.
Manager
The people who report directly to the person. Or $500 a seat a year.
An annual seat costs ten months of the monthly price. Only one discount applies to a seat line: if two could apply, the larger one is used.
