Snap the receipt, skip the typing

Take a photo of a receipt with the Muin Go app or drop in an invoice. It arrives read and categorized, you approve it, and it posts to your books.

W-9s and certificates with one link

Type a name and email and Muin sends a request link. The vendor uploads their W-9 or certificate of insurance on their own page, with no Muin account.

Checked against your rules

A W-9 needs a valid taxpayer ID printed on the form and a signature. A certificate is checked for each limit you require, additional insured, waiver of subrogation and its expiry date.

Nothing slips through

A document that fails a check shows the reason and cannot be approved. A taxpayer ID only ever shows its last four digits.

Duplicates spotted

The home screen counts invoices that may already be on file, so the one you already paid is easy to catch.

Out the other side
