Licenses sit on the same board as the certificate and the W-9, with their status and expiration.

Until a vendor sends what is missing, Muin reminds them on a schedule, by email and by text message when they have opted in.
No payment while insurance has lapsed
A bill from a vendor whose required insurance has lapsed is held. The hold clears on its own once an accepted certificate arrives, or a second person can let one bill through.
