Muin reads the website you gave at signup and drafts one space for each room it names, with the capacity when the page states one. Each space starts closed until you open it.

Checks every request for a clash

Each request is checked against your other bookings, your own calendar events and your blackout dates. You see a clash before you say yes.

Works out what the renter owes

The price comes from the space's rate card, with the member rate when it applies. The deposit and any cancellation fee follow from the terms you set on the space.

A request form with your availability

Paste one snippet on your website. Renters pick a space and a free time, describe the event, accept your rules and send the request.

Terms set per space

Each space carries its own deposit, cancellation policy and insurance requirement, with the minimum cover you accept. The renter accepts the rental agreement online by typing their name.

A status link for every renter

Each renter gets a private link that shows where the request stands, what you still need and what they owe, with a link to pay. No account is needed.
