Using the Help Center
Find answers inside Muin: the Help & Support panel, the Help Center search, articles, categories and release posts, and how to tell us an article missed the mark.
The Help Center is Muin’s own library of guides and answers, available to every signed-in user without any extra permission.
When you’d use this
- You are mid-task and want the steps for the screen you are on.
- You read a short FAQ answer and want the full guide behind it.
- You want to browse everything written about one area, such as payments or workflows.
- Ask Muin gave you an answer with a link and you want to read the source.
Two doors
The Help & Support panel is the fastest one. Click Help & Support in the top bar of any page. The panel opens beside your work, searches as you type, and keeps you on the page you were on. At the bottom it offers Visit Help Center, which carries your search text across.
The Help Center itself is the full page. Sidebar → Help at the bottom of the sidebar, or Visit Help Center from the panel.
Searching
- Open the Help Center.
- Type into Search for help articles, FAQs, or blog posts…
- Results split across three tabs - Docs, FAQs and Blog - each showing how many matches it found, so you can tell at a glance where the answer lives.
- Click a result to open it.
Without a search term the page shows Featured Guides, Popular Questions, Latest Posts and Browse by Category instead, which is the better way in when you do not yet know what to ask for.
If you would rather ask in your own words, the Ask Muin button at the bottom of the page opens the chat assistant, which searches this same library and answers with links back into it.
Reading an article
Open any article from a search result, a featured card, a category, or a link Ask Muin gave you.
The article page shows the reading time, the full steps, and the tags that group it with related material. Related Articles at the bottom lists others in the same category.
Some guides are published on falaah.ai rather than stored in the app. Those show the summary plus a Read full article on falaah.ai button, which opens the complete guide in a new tab. Nothing is missing - it is the same content, hosted once.
Tell us whether it helped
At the end of every article: Was this article helpful? with Yes, helpful and No, needs work. One click, no form. This is the signal we use to decide which guides get rewritten, so a “No, needs work” is genuinely more useful to us than silence.
Browsing a category
A category page lists everything written about one area, split into Articles and FAQs tabs with a count on each, and a line at the top reading how many of each the category holds. Long categories page through with Previous and Next.
Reach a category from Browse by Category on the Help Center, or from the breadcrumb at the top of any article.
Release and blog posts
The Blog tab and Latest Posts cover product announcements and longer pieces. In the app these show the title, author, date and summary, with a Read on falaah.ai button for the full text - blog posts live on the public site, so you are always reading the current version rather than a stale copy.
What it affects
- Nothing you do in the Help Center changes your business data. It is read-only apart from the helpful/not-helpful rating.
- Article views and ratings are recorded so we can see which guides are being used and which are failing people. They are not tied to anything a colleague can see.
- The Help Center and Ask Muin read the same library, so an answer you find in one is findable in the other.
When it goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “Search isn’t responding right now. Try again in a moment.” | The search request failed | Click Try again. Browsing by category still works |
No docs found for "…" / “Try different keywords or check other tabs” |
Nothing matched in that tab | Check the other two tabs, use fewer or plainer words, or click Ask Muin and ask in a sentence |
| “Article not found” / “The article you’re looking for doesn’t exist or has been removed.” | The link is old or the article was retired | Click Back to Help Center and search for the topic |
| “Something went wrong” / “We couldn’t load this article.” | The request failed | Reload the page, then try again |
| “Category not found” | The category link is out of date | Use Browse by Category on the Help Center |
| The Blog tab is empty | Blog results need a search term | Use Visit falaah.ai blog to browse all posts |
