Screening you decide
Set what a request must include and who approves it. Every request lands in one list with the renter, the space, the date and the price already worked out.
Deposits paid online
Set a deposit per space. When you approve, the renter gets a link to pay it by card, and the balance follows. Cancellation fees are worked out from your policy.
The agreement, signed online
Your rules and terms become the rental agreement. The renter signs it online before the booking is confirmed.
Insurance when you need it
Require a certificate of insurance on the spaces that need one, with the minimum cover you ask for. The booking shows whether it has been checked.
A status link for every renter
Each renter gets a private link that shows where their booking stands and what they owe, with a link to pay, so they stop emailing to ask.
