Voice Briefing
Turn your daily briefing into a podcast-style audio episode — pick a voice and speed, listen in-app, or subscribe with your private feed in any podcast app.
The Voice Briefing turns your Daily Briefing into a short, podcast-style audio episode. Listen on the briefing page, or subscribe with your private feed and hear it on your commute like any other podcast.
Turning Audio On
- Go to Intelligence → Daily Briefing and scroll to Preferences.
- In the Audio Briefing card, switch on Enable Audio Version. Each day’s briefing is then auto-generated as audio alongside the text.
- Pick your narration:
- Voice — choose from the available narrator voices.
- Playback Speed — 0.8× to 1.2×.
- Background Music — optional subtle audio bed.
Listening In-App
Once voice is enabled and today’s briefing exists, a Listen to Today’s Briefing player appears at the top of the briefing page. If the audio hasn’t been generated yet, generate it from the same card. The Audio History tab keeps previous episodes.
Subscribe in a Podcast App
When voice is enabled, the Listen on the Go card shows your personal podcast feed:
- Copy your private RSS feed URL.
- In your podcast app (Apple Podcasts, Overcast, Pocket Casts, AntennaPod, …), choose add show by URL and paste the feed.
- New episodes appear automatically as your briefings generate each morning.
The feed URL is personal and unguessable — treat it like a password. If it ever leaks, regenerate the feed from the same card; the old URL stops working.
Good to Know
- Voice briefings inherit your text briefing’s content settings — sections, keywords, max items all flow through. Tune content once in Preferences and both formats follow.
- The audio is generated per day; use regenerate if you’ve refreshed the underlying text briefing and want the audio to match.
- The Daily Briefing page (and so the voice feed) is available to owner and admin roles.
