Setting Reminders

Create time-based reminders through Muin Chat using natural language. Never miss a follow-up, deadline, or important date, with notifications when due.

Muin’s reminder system helps you track deadlines, follow-ups, and important dates. Create reminders through chat using natural language, and get notified when it’s time to act.

What Are Reminders?

Reminders are scheduled notifications that:

  • Trigger at specific times - Date, time, or relative schedule
  • Include context - Linked to documents, vendors, or conversations
  • Notify you - In-app, email, or both
  • Support action - Quick links to take next steps

Creating Reminders via Chat

Just tell Muin what to remind you about:

You: "Remind me to follow up with Acme Corp tomorrow"

Muin: "I'll create a reminder:

📅 Follow up with Acme Corp

Check your reminder list weekly to:

  • Complete handled items
  • Reschedule as needed
  • Remove outdated reminders
