Explore Products - Muin Docs

A Product does one job. You can use a Product on its own, without a Plan, or add it to the Plan you already have.

Where to see other products you can add

In the sidebar, open Products, then Explore products (/products). Owners and admins see it.
It lists every product you can add to your account, and the ones you already have.
Each card shows Owned, Included in your plan, In trial (N days left) or Free.
Open a card to reach the Product’s own page, its Product Home.

Try a Product

Press Start 30-day trial. No card is needed.
A Product with a free tier goes back to its free tier when the trial ends. You keep your data.
A Product without a free tier stops when the trial ends, unless you buy it.
A Product trial is separate from your Plan trial.

A Product adds only its own menus. Menus you already had stay as they are.
Forms and Events adds Events. It does not add donors, campaigns or other nonprofit menus.
Space Rentals adds Facility Rentals. Grant Finder + Tracker adds Grant Seeking. Online Giving adds Giving.
Document Capture adds the vendor Directory and vendor Compliance in Finance. The rest of Finance is not added.
Compliance Calendar adds Obligations (the Filing Calendar and Licenses & Permits). The rest of Compliance is not added.
Other Products are offered on your Product Home under Next, and in Explore products. Add one and its menus appear.
An admin can show a hidden menu again in Settings → Menu Visibility (/settings/menu-visibility).

Support Agent	$19 for 500 conversations, $49 for 2,000 conversations
Online Giving	$0. You pay processing fees only, so there is no trial
Space Rentals	$29 for up to 2 spaces, $79 for up to 10 spaces
Grant Finder + Tracker	$39 for unlimited tracked grants ($349 a year)
Document Capture	$29 for 200 documents a month, $79 for 1,000 a month
Forms and Events	$19 for unlimited forms, events included
Compliance Calendar	$29 for 1 entity, $49 for multiple entities and the evidence vault

Growth includes the Support Agent with 500 conversations a month, and Scale includes 2,000. Those plans show it as Included in your plan.

Buy a Product

Open the Product from Explore products, or open its Product Home.
Press Buy this product.
Confirm with Buy for and the price.

Your purchases and invoices are in Settings → Billing (/settings/billing).

Solutions need a Plan

Below the Products, Explore products lists the Solutions, such as the Compliance Solution or the Masjid Solution.
A Solution is added on top of a Plan. It is never bought on its own.
On a Plan, press Buy this Solution, then confirm with Buy for and the price.
With only a Product and no Plan, a Solution shows Needs a Plan. Press Choose a Plan to pick one in Settings → Billing → Change plan, then come back to add the Solution.

Every product has a setup guide, the answers to common questions, a short video and a step-by-step post. The same links are on each product’s Product Home, under Help & FAQs at the bottom of the page.
