Advisor Client Health Scores
How the advisor workspace scores each client's books — the six weighted checks, the Healthy/Attention/Critical thresholds, and how to act on a low score.
Every client in your Advisor workspace carries a 0–100 health score so you can see at a glance whose books need attention. The score is computed from six weighted checks each time the dashboard loads (results are cached briefly for speed).
The Six Checks
| Factor | Weight | What earns full marks |
|---|---|---|
| Reconciliation currency | 25 | The current month is reconciled. One month behind earns partial credit; two or more months behind earns none. |
| Overdue invoices | 20 | Little to no overdue receivables. |
| Document processing | 15 | Documents are being processed, not piling up. |
| Deadlines | 15 | No filing or compliance deadlines at risk. |
| Data completeness | 15 | Client records have the data needed for accurate books. |
| Cash flow | 10 | Cash position isn’t trending into trouble. |
Thresholds
By default:
- 80 and above — Healthy (green)
- 60–79 — Attention (amber)
- Below 60 — Critical (red)

Acting on a Low Score
Click a client’s card to open its detail panel and see which factors are dragging the score down. The most common quick wins:
- Reconciliation is the heaviest factor. Catching up the current month’s reconciliation alone moves a client up to 25 points.
- Overdue invoices respond to payment reminders — chase the oldest first.
- Use the quick report action on the client card to generate a client-facing summary without leaving the overview.
You can sort the grid by health score (worst first is the default) to work through your book in priority order.
