Value Dashboard & ROI Tracking

See the time and money Muin saves your organization — savings metrics, ROI analysis, milestones with celebrations, industry benchmarks, and annual projections.

The Value Dashboard answers one question: what is Muin actually saving you? It turns platform activity — documents processed, invoices handled, contracts reviewed — into time and dollar figures you can put in front of a board or a budget meeting.

The key metrics

Four headline cards, each with a trend against the previous period:

MetricWhat it means
Time savedHours of manual work avoided, based on your activity volume
Cost savedTime saved priced at your configured hourly rate, plus per-task costs
ROIEstimated savings compared to your subscription cost for the period
Documents processedThe activity volume driving the other three numbers

Switch the period (last 7 / 30 / 90 days, or year) from the selector at the top right — the cards and trend charts update together. Export PDF prints the current view for sharing.

Why ROI shows ∞

ROI divides savings by what you paid. When your subscription cost for the period is $0 (a trial or a free plan), there’s nothing to divide by — the dashboard shows rather than an arbitrary number.

Tune the assumptions

The savings math is only as good as its inputs. Value Settings on the dashboard lets you set:

  • Hourly rate — what an hour of staff time costs your organization
  • Invoice processing cost and contract review cost — your per-task baselines
  • Company size and industry — used to pick relevant benchmarks

Adjust these once and every metric recalculates to your reality instead of generic defaults.

Milestones and celebrations

As cumulative savings cross thresholds, the dashboard records milestones and celebrates them — confetti included. The Milestone Progress section shows what you’ve hit and what’s next. Celebration behavior is configurable per organization in Celebration Settings (owners and admins).

Industry benchmarks

The Benchmarks section compares your savings profile against organizations of similar size and industry, so you can tell whether you’re leaving value on the table — and where.
