Understanding AI Credits
AI credits are a simple way to track your AI usage across Muin:
- Chat messages: ~1-3 credits per message depending on complexity
- Document analysis: ~5-10 credits per document
- Workflow automations: ~2-5 credits per execution
Credits reset monthly. Unused credits don’t roll over. Need more? Purchase credit packs anytime.
Early Customer Discount
If you joined as an early customer, you’re eligible for:
- 50% off all plans for the first 12 months
- Automatic discount applied at checkout
- Valid for both monthly and annual billing
How to Subscribe
From Trial
- Click Upgrade in the trial banner or sidebar
- Or go to Settings → Billing
- Select your preferred plan
- Choose monthly or annual billing
- Complete secure checkout via Stripe
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Changes take effect immediately (prorated)
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of your billing period

- Bank transfers (annual plans only, Business tier and above)
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Invoices & Receipts
Access your billing history:
- Go to Settings → Billing
- View your Billing History
- Download invoices as PDF
Invoices are automatically sent to your account email after each payment.
