Admin Dashboard
The operations home for owners and admins — team metrics, setup progress, live system health checks, volunteer activity, and the recent admin activity feed.
The Admin Dashboard at /admin is the operations home for your organization. It’s visible to owners, admins, and HR admins, and answers three questions in one screen: who’s on the team, is the platform set up, and is everything running.
Overview Metrics
The top cards show your team member count, active integrations, and pending approvals — the day-to-day numbers an admin checks first.
Quick Setup
The setup cards track how much of the platform your organization has activated — integrations connected, agents enabled, and workflows configured — each with a count of active versus available. Use them as a checklist when rolling Muin out to your team.
System Health
The health panel runs live checks when you load the page:
- Database — connectivity to your workspace’s database
- Cache — availability of the caching layer
- Background Jobs — whether worker processes are active
A warning on Background Jobs means no workers were detected at that moment — automations and scheduled tasks may be delayed until workers are back. If anything shows an error, retry once; if it persists, contact support.
Volunteer Activity
For organizations running volunteer programs, the dashboard includes cross-program volunteer widgets and a per-program at-a-glance summary, so program health is visible without opening each program.
Recent Activity
The activity feed lists recent administrative actions in your workspace, so changes made by other admins are never a surprise.
