Trials and Free Tiers
How Muin trials work for Plans and for Products, which Products keep a free tier after the trial, and how to buy a Product or a Plan.
Muin has two kinds of trial: a Plan trial for the whole Platform, and a Product trial for one Product. They run separately.
Plan trial
- A Plan trial is 30 days.
- When you sign up for a Plan on falaah.ai, Muin asks for a card. Nothing is charged until day 30.
- With a card on file, the trial turns into your paid plan on day 30.
- Without a card, the account is suspended after a short grace period. Your data is kept while the account is suspended.
- Your trial includes every available Business Module. When it turns into a paid plan, you choose which modules stay within your plan’s allowance.
Product trial
- A Product trial is 30 days. No card is needed.
- Start one from Explore products (
/products) with Start 30-day trial, or from a Product page on falaah.ai. - When the trial ends, a Product with a free tier goes back to its free tier. You keep your data.
- A Product without a free tier stops when the trial ends, unless you buy it.
- Online Giving has no monthly price and no trial. You pay processing fees only.

Growth includes the Support Agent with 500 conversations a month, and Scale includes 2,000.
Buy a Product
- Open Explore products (
/products) or the Product’s Product Home. - Press Buy this product.
- Confirm with Buy for and the price.
Choose a Plan
Go to Settings → Billing (/settings/billing) to pick a plan, see your trial, and manage payment.
