When does the beta launch?
Beta launches **May 2026**. Sign up now to reserve your spot and be notified as soon as access opens. Beta customers get: - Free access during beta (no credit card required) - 50% off all plans for 12 months after beta - Priority support and feature requests - Direct access to the product team
How long is the beta trial?
Free access during the beta period with full access to explore all features and modules. **What's included:** - No credit card required during beta - Full access to all available modules (Finance, HR, Compliance, Non-Profits) - Unlimited team members during beta - All integrations enabled **After the beta period:** Select a plan and billing begins with **50% off for 12 months** as a thank you for early feedback. The discount applies to all plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. **Upgrading:** - Immediate access to new features - Prorated billing for the remainder of your cycle - No interruption to service **Downgrading:** - Changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle - You keep access to current features until then - Data is preserved (but some features may become view-only) **How to change:** Go to **Settings > Billing > Change Plan**
How do business modules work?
Business modules add intelligent, industry-specific functionality on top of Muin's core platform. Each module comes with its own AI agents, automated workflows, and smart integrations tailored for that business area—so you get purpose-built intelligence, not just generic tools. Muin offers four business modules at beta launch, with more coming soon: **Available Now:** - **Finance** - Invoices, expenses, budgets, cash flow - **HR** - Policies, certifications, onboarding, compliance - **Compliance** - Regulatory tracking, audits, evidence collection - **Non-Profits** - Grants, donors, volunteers, online giving **Coming Soon:** - **Vendors** (Q3 2026) - Vendor management, compliance, verification - **Procurement** (Q3 2026) - Purchase orders, RFP/RFQ, spend tracking - **Trade** (2026) - Customs, tariffs, shipment tracking - **Contracts** (2026) - Contract lifecycle, renewals, obligations You choose which modules to activate. What happens when I reach my module limit?
When you've enabled the maximum number of modules for your plan: **You'll see:** - A banner showing "X of Y modules selected" - Remaining modules will be grayed out - An "Upgrade" link to increase your limit **Your options:** 1. **Swap modules** - Disable one module to enable another 2. **Upgrade your plan** - Get access to more modules **Important:** Disabling a module doesn't delete your data. You can re-enable it later and your information will still be there.
Can I change which modules are enabled?
Yes! You can change your enabled modules at any time. **How to change modules:** 1. Go to **Settings** → **Modules** 2. Toggle modules on or off 3. Changes take effect immediately **If you're at your limit:** - Disable one module first, then enable another - Or upgrade your plan for more modules **Good to know:** - Disabling a module hides it from navigation - Your data is preserved when modules are disabled - Re-enable anytime to access your data again
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes! Registered nonprofits receive **25% off base subscription pricing** on any Muin plan. Payment processing fees and optional add-ons are billed at standard rates. **How to apply:** 1. Sign up for Muin 2. Contact us at contact@falaah.ai with: - Your organization name - 501(c)(3) determination letter or equivalent - Your Muin account email 3. We'll apply the discount within 2 business days The discount applies for as long as you maintain nonprofit status.
Do you offer enterprise plans?
Yes! Enterprise plans are designed for larger organizations with specific requirements. **Enterprise includes:** - Unlimited users - All 6 business modules (plus Trade & Contracts when available) - Custom SLAs (available upon enterprise agreement) - Dedicated support team - Custom integrations **Compliance readiness:** - Custom data retention policies - Additional audit controls - We can work with your team to prepare for specific compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2) as needed **Contact sales** to discuss your requirements and get a custom quote.
What add-ons are available?
Muin offers add-ons to scale exactly what you need: - **Module add-ons** — Add more business modules beyond your plan's limit - **AI Credit packs** — Increase monthly AI credits - **Communication packs** — More SMS, WhatsApp, email, and voice briefings - **API packs** — Higher API request limits and more webhooks - **Storage packs** — Additional document storage - **Team Capacity packs** — More team members - **Muin Go Device packs** — Additional mobile devices - **E-Signature Envelope packs** — More monthly envelopes Each pack comes in small, medium, and large sizes. What does the Communication Pack include?
The Communication Pack is a bundled add-on that increases your monthly limits across all communication channels — SMS, WhatsApp, email, and voice briefings. Each plan includes base communication limits. The Communication Pack adds on top of those, and comes in small, medium, and large sizes. You can stack multiple packs if needed. What does the API Pack cover?
The API Pack increases your daily API request limit. It covers: - **REST API requests** - All API endpoints - **Webhook deliveries** - Outbound webhook calls - **Custom integrations** - Third-party integration slots - **Connector sync calls** - QuickBooks and other connector operations Packs come in small, medium, and large sizes with increasing request limits, webhook slots, and integration slots. Does the beta discount apply to add-ons?
