What is Muin for Firms Pro?
An add-on for accounting firms: 25 client workspaces included and unlimited seats for the firm. It adds close review, the Form 990 portfolio and client chase, cross-client Ask Muin, branded batch client reports and chase automation to the advisor workspace.

What does Pro add over Muin for Firms Free?
Free includes client dashboards, reports, batch reports, invites and referrals. Pro adds close review, the Form 990 portfolio and client chase, cross-client Ask Muin, branded batch client reports, chase automation and unlimited advisor seats.
What does close review show?
What blocks a client's month-end close for the last complete month: uncategorized transactions, unmatched bank lines, expired payment intents and journal entries waiting for approval. Each row has **Copy link for client**, which opens the rows to fix in the client's own workspace.
What is the Form 990 portfolio?
A list of every client who gave you tax access, with their Form 990 status for the fiscal year you pick and the number of open issues. **Open** takes you to the client's 990 workspace, and **Chase** sends the client's owner an inbox task and an email listing what is missing.
How does chase automation work?
Turn on **Chase blocked clients automatically** and choose every 3, 7 or 14 days. Muin checks once a day and chases each client at most once per cadence. A client with nothing missing is never chased. Automation stops if your firm leaves Pro.
What can cross-client Ask Muin answer?
Questions across all your clients, such as which clients need attention, from the advisor dashboard inside the app. It does not report cash balances.
How are batch client reports branded?
They use the logo, colours and name from your firm's **Brand Center**. If you have not set a brand, reports show your firm's name.
Is audit fieldwork included?
No. Audit engagement is built into the Muin platform, but it is not available to buy right now. When it opens, it is sold on its own once per client per fiscal year. It includes an audit pack ZIP, a request list of standard documents sent to the client, a reproducible sample of journal entries and a trial-balance tie-out. Buying the same client and year again never charges twice.
Are AI credits included?
No. AI credits are sold on their own, at the usual pack price.
