Which modules are available in beta?
Four modules are available in beta: **Non-Profits** (donors, grants, giving pages), **Finance** (invoicing, expenses, cash flow), **HR** (onboarding, Gusto integration, certifications), and **Compliance** (policies, audits, regulatory monitoring). Vendors and Procurement are coming in Q3 2026. Contracts and Trade are coming in 2026. Every plan also includes a **feature-rich platform** available to all users: - Document Intelligence - Ask Muin (AI assistant) - Smart Payments - Communications Hub - Workflows - People Registry - Integrations
What happens after beta?
Beta customers get **50% off all plans for 12 months** from launch. After the free beta period, you'll transition to a paid plan of your choice at half price. Your data is fully preserved — no migration needed. We'll provide at least 30 days notice before any pricing changes.
Is my data safe during beta?
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in US-based AWS infrastructure, and logically isolated from other tenants. We use AWS Bedrock for AI processing — your data never trains any AI model. While beta software may have bugs, your data security is production-grade.
Can I import my existing data?
Yes. You can import donors, members, employees, grants, and financial contacts from CSV with column mapping, duplicate detection, and staged validation. Most tools export to CSV, so those work out of the box. We also offer white-glove migration support for Founder's Circle beta partners.
What is the non-profit discount?

Can I use Muin on my mobile device?
Yes! Muin's web interface is fully responsive and works great on tablets and smartphones. How do I reset my password?
To reset your password: 1. Click **Forgot Password** on the login page 2. Enter your email address 3. Check your inbox for a reset link (arrives within a few minutes) 4. How do I invite team members to Muin?
To invite new team members: 1. Go to **Settings > Team Members** 2. Click **Invite Member** 3. Enter their email address 4. Select a role: - **Admin** - Full access to all features and settings - **Manager** - Access to team documents and approvals - **Member** - Standard access to assigned modules They'll receive an email invitation to create their account. **Managing invitations:** - View pending invites in Settings > Team Members > Pending - Resend or cancel invitations as needed
