Property Management is a Solution for property managers. It brings three parts of Muin together on top of a Muin plan: everything in Vendor Compliance, Facility Management and AI Help Desk.
Vendors
Contractors upload their certificates of insurance and tax forms through a private link. They do not need an account.
- Muin reads each certificate for coverage, limits, dates and additional insured, and checks it against your minimums.
- A vendor with a missing or expiring document is reminded every 7 days.
- A bill from a vendor whose required insurance has lapsed is held until an accepted certificate arrives or a second person approves an override for that bill.

Buildings
- Each property’s recurring inspections, services and certifications are listed with the next due date, and each overdue one raises a finding.
- You set up your facilities and their rates, and take bookings for rooms and shared spaces on one calendar.
- One scored report per property covers compliance, risk, efficiency and revenue.
Residents
Muin drafts a Maintenance Request form for you to publish. Each request becomes a ticket. Muin sets its priority, names the trade and drafts a reply that your staff send.
A request Muin reads as an emergency pages your on-call contact by text, email and in-app notification.
The AI Help Desk answers residents’ questions from your own pages, in the chat on your website. It answers by text when you link a number and turn on automatic answers for texts. Before you go live, a checklist shows what is still missing.
Price
Property Management is priced by active vendors: $249 a month up to 50, $399 up to 150 and $549 up to 400. Starting its trial starts a 30-day plan trial with Property Management on top.
If you already have Vendor Compliance, Facility Management or AI Help Desk, that subscription ends when you buy Property Management, so you are not billed for it twice.
