Rejected with a reason
A rejected expense goes back with the reason. It can be fixed and resubmitted, and every step stays in the history.
Reimbursements on record
Approved expenses move to Awaiting reimbursement. Pay the person by Zelle, check, ACH or cash and record the payment in Muin.
