Every capability in the Muin Products runs in the Muin platform today, on a Plan with a 30-day trial. Products sold on their own come later, and five will have a free tier.

Everything each Muin Product does runs in the Muin platform today. A Plan gives you the full platform, with every Product capability included, and starts with a 30-day free trial.

Products are the same tools packaged on their own. Each one does one job, and you will not need a Plan to use it. The standalone Products come later, and some will have a free tier.

What a Product is

A Product is a single tool with a limited version of the Platform around it. You get what that one job needs, nothing more. On a Plan, you already have every tool below.

  • AI Help Desk answers your website visitors from your own pages and documents, and hands off to you when it is unsure.
  • Online Giving gives you a donate button, giving pages, recurring gifts, tax receipts and Tap to Pay.
  • Facility Rentals takes rental requests with availability, deposits and the rental agreement.
  • Grant Management finds grants that fit your organization and tracks the ones you save.
  • AI Document Capture collects and checks W-9s and insurance certificates from contractors, and reads invoices and receipts.
  • Online Forms runs online forms and registrations.
  • Event Management runs event pages, RSVPs and tickets, with everything in Online Forms.
  • Compliance Tracker puts every filing and renewal deadline on one calendar, with reminders.

No card to start

When Products open on their own, every Product trial will be 30 days, and you will not enter a card to start one.

When a trial ends:

  • A Product with a free tier goes back to its free tier.
  • A Product without a free tier stops until you buy it.

Online Giving will have no monthly price. You will pay card processing fees plus a 0.5% Muin platform fee per gift.

What is free

Five Products will have a free tier you can keep using:

  • AI Help Desk: 50 conversations a month.
  • Grant Management: 5 tracked grants.
  • AI Document Capture: 25 documents.
  • Online Forms: 1 form.
  • Event Management: 1 public event.

Money Back Scan will be free: a scan of your books and payments for duplicate payments, missed early-pay discounts, audit gaps, failed recurring gifts and overdue invoices.

What the paid tiers will cost

  • AI Help Desk: $19 a month for 200 conversations, $49 a month for 1,000.
  • Grant Management: $39 a month, or $390 a year, for unlimited tracked grants.
  • AI Document Capture: $29 a month for 200 documents.
  • Online Forms: $19 a month for unlimited forms.
  • Event Management: $29 a month for unlimited events and forms.
  • Facility Rentals: $29 a month for up to 2 spaces.
  • Compliance Tracker: $29 a month for 1 entity, $49 a month for multiple entities.

When you need more

Your work stays in your account. When Products open on their own, you can add one to your Plan, or add a Plan to a Product, and nothing needs to move.
