Gift meets donor meets fund
AI-assisted reconciliation matches every gift to the right donor record, the right pledge if one exists, and the right fund and giving program in the ledger. Six rails, one register, one audit trail, one donor record. A deposit nobody can trace is recorded as an unidentified gift: the money posts to the books now and waits in a follow-up queue until someone can say who gave it.
Tax-compliant receipts — auto-issued
As soon as a gift is matched, the receipt generates and delivers via the donor's chosen channel, email, SMS, WhatsApp, printed slip. It names the giving program the gift supports, never your internal fund, and a Zakat gift carries a Zakat marker. Deductibility follows why the money moved, not which channel it arrived on, so the same intent produces the same receipt everywhere. Year-end statements go out as one PDF per donor and are downloadable from the donor portal.
